“ This is a pretty cool new place for Rexburg. Food was great, I had the bbq brisket and the wife had the pulled pork sandwich. Both were excellent. Service was friendly, smoothly done, and pleasant. The space itself is very nice. Not quite fine dining, but good, and I think probably the best restaurant in Rexburg. ”

I got country fried steak and fries and loved them. My dad got the smoked prime rib and it was great too. The seasoning was a little different, but in a good way. “ This place is super good! Might be my new favorite restaurant in Rexburg. I love all the cool drinks they got they also don’t serve alcohol so it’s a bit more family friendly than other places. It’s a little bit on the pricier side most meals are between 15-20 which wasn’t a problem for me because the food was delicious! I got the burger with brisket on it and it was so delicious, the burger was well cooked and the brisket had a great flavor. My wife got the sirloin which was also cooked perfectly and delicious! We got the appetizer plater as well because we like to try a little bit of everything, I would definitely recommend that if you’re having a hard time choosing. Definitely a great restaurant and we will be back! ”
“ We were craving BBQ, so we took a chance with The Hickory. I'm glad we did. It is a pretty big place, which you can't really tell from the outside. We were seated right away. They have lemonade for which you can get flavor blasts, and there is a good variety from which to choose. I ordered the Briskey Business, which is a burnt ends brisket sandwich. You can see what is exactly on it in the photo of the menu. It was tasty, and the BBQ was not super sweet, thankfully. The seasoned fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside...perfect. My partner ordered the Bourbon & Bell Pulled Pork sandwich. He liked it so much that he did not care that half a sandwich sauce was on his face. He raved about the mashed potatoes and brown gravy. The lemonades we had were the "Toes in the Sand," which has guava, mango, and watermelon; the "Tiger's Blood," which has raspberry and coconut; watermelon; and huckleberry. They were all refreshing and nicely sweet. Our server, Tori, was awesome. She was smiling, personable, attentive, and a nice person. Ask for her. She'll take care of you! Thank you for a good lunch! Oh! Try the Rattlesnake Tails appetizer!!! ”
“ I enjoyed the Slow Cooked Smoked Prime Rib to no end. I'm a big guy at 6'1" 280, and I couldn't finish that last succulent morsel. But it looked good just sitting there. The service was phenomenal, and my server even asked if the prime rib was resting. As the father of a chef, I was impressed. Bravo Zulu. ”
